PHA Dressage Show Entry

Please complete the entry form below and submit your payment via our secure payment processor. Please note:

• You must be a PHA Member in order to compete. If you haven’t submitted your 2025/2026 Membership application and dues, click here.
• Entries close one week before the show date.
• Late entries are subject to a $10 late fee and may be accepted at the discretion of the Show Secretary.
• Dressage Show Fee is $25
• Class Fee is $20 for Competitors, $15 for Non-Competitors
• IMPORTANT! Trainers and owners of horses entered must have a current negative Coggins on file with PHA in order to show. Please email it to parklandhorsemans@gmail.com or upload it with the entry form.
